Terms of Service

1. The product

Purrly ("we", "us") sells digital automation templates — pre-built workflow files designed for platforms such as Zapier, Make, Notion, and Slack. Each purchase is a one-time transaction for a single digital product.

2. Delivery

After a successful payment your template is delivered immediately via an email link sent to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery is instant and automated — no manual fulfilment is involved. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and contact us at purrlywork@polsia.app.

3. Refund policy

Because the template is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. By completing checkout you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital good that is delivered at the moment of payment, and that no refund will be issued unless the template is materially defective (i.e., the delivered files cannot be imported or do not function as described on the product page). Refund requests for defective templates must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

4. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• Install and use the template in your own business or personal projects.
• Modify the template to suit your specific needs.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template — modified or unmodified.
• Share access credentials or the delivery link with anyone outside your organisation.
• Represent the template as your own original work in a product or service you sell to others.

5. No warranties

Templates are provided "as is". We warrant only that the delivered files match the description on the product page and can be imported into the stated platform. We make no guarantee that a template will produce a specific business outcome, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Third-party platforms (Zapier, Make, Notion, etc.) may change their APIs or pricing at any time without notice to us; we are not responsible for disruptions caused by such changes, although we will endeavour to publish updated templates where practical.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Purrly operates. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. For informal resolution, contact us first at purrlywork@polsia.app.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we do. Continued use of the site or purchased templates after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
