The automation
Five Make modules. One tidy wiki.
Each module runs automatically. Together they turn a raw Notion meeting transcript into a structured, dated, navigable wiki entry — and notify your team if a meeting calls for attention.
Your team records every meeting straight into a Notion database — granular sections for Summary, Decisions, Action Items, and Attendees. The moment a meeting page is marked "Ready to Publish", the scenario triggers automatically.
⏱ Triggers when Status → "Ready to Publish"
Make creates a new page in your Wiki database, prefilled with the meeting title, date, and a link back to the source meeting. Title, Source Meeting, Published date, and Status fields are populated from the meeting notes.
⏱ Runs immediately after the trigger
The scenario writes three H2 sections — Summary, Decisions, Action Items — into the wiki page using Notion blocks. Action items become to-do blocks that anyone in the company can check off straight from the wiki page.
⏱ Happens in the same cycle as the draft creation
Back on the original meeting notes page, the Status flips to "Published" and a Wiki Entry backlink is written in. Now anyone scanning the Meeting Notes database can see at a glance which transcripts have been published and follow the link.
⏱ Marks immediately after blocks are appended
If the meeting notes page has the "Notify team" box checked, the scenario fans out a short email to your team list with the wiki page link, name, and a one-line summary. Otherwise it silently marks the wiki entry as Published and stops. Either path produces a tidy, current wiki.
⏱ Fires conditionally based on the Notify team checkbox
